An Iowa City Darwin Day talk by Jacquelyn L. Gill, Assistant Professor at the University of Maine Climate Change Institute.

Professor Gill's lab studies the causes of the end-Pleistocene extinctions of North American megafauna, environmental changes during historical ice ages, and the responses of species to global climate change. Dr. Gill has published in top journals such as Science and the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, and her work has been featured in media including BBC News, Morning Edition, and The New York Times.
